Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's total value (after discounts) and your delivery destination. Higher order values may qualify for reduced shipping costs.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for exchanges and returns. Shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties that may be required by your country upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Standard Shipping — Estimated Delivery Times

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are handed over to your country's local postal service for final delivery. Tracking for the last leg of delivery can be followed through your local post. If there is an unsuccessful delivery attempt, delay, or address issue, please contact your local postal service directly to arrange redelivery or collection.

Dragon Rider will not be liable for unsuccessful or missing orders shipped via Standard Shipping if your order is not insured.

Express Shipping — Estimated Delivery Times

Express Shipping rates and delivery estimates are automatically calculated at checkout by the carrier. A signature upon delivery is required for all Express orders. PO boxes and parcel locker addresses are not eligible for Express Shipping.

We and our carriers will not be liable for missing or undelivered orders where a Signature Release has been opted for (i.e. allowing the parcel to be left unattended). We strongly encourage you to sign personally for your order.

Returns

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@drjewl.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will guide you through the rest.

Return conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Eligible for return

  • Rings
  • Necklaces
  • Ear cuffs

Not eligible for return (hygiene reasons)

  • Piercing jewelry — earrings, studs, flatback posts
  • Stretched ear jewelry — tunnels, plugs, ear expanders
  • Gift cards and accessories

Non-eligible items are clearly marked on their individual product pages.

What happens after I return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you may choose between:

  • An exchange for another item
  • Store credit
  • A refund to your original payment method

We work to process returns as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout.
